Convictions, sentencings and dismissals from Waupaca County felony cases:

• Judge Troy Nielsen sentenced Clarence A. Voss, 65, Fountain City, to 10 years in prison and 10 years of extended supervision.

Voss was convicted of three child sex crimes that occurred in three counties and were consolidated in Waupaca County.

Nielsen also ordered Voss to register as a sex offender and pay $1,398 in court costs.

Voss was given 332 days credit on his prison term for the time he spent in jail on a $50,000 cash bond.

• Judge Vicki Clussman placed Ava D. Meighan, 23, Waupaca, on one year of probation and ordered her to pay $443.

Meighan was convicted of obstructing an officer, amended from felony identity theft.

• Clussman sentenced Brandon M. Nehring, 31, Waupaca to 60 days in jail and assessed him $886.

Nehring was convicted of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Three counts of felony bail jumping and obstructing an officer were dismissed but read into the record.

He is currently in custody in Washington County where he was sentenced to 10 months in jail for a second offense of operating with a controlled substance and two counts of obstructing an officer.

He was sentenced to an additional 180 days as a condition of probation in Brown County where he was convicted of operating with a controlled substance and felony bail jumping.

Nehring also faces charges of felony theft and felony bail jumping in Waukesha County.

• Judge Raymond Huber placed Brittni B. Thebo, 26, Clintonville, on three years of probation.

Thebo was convicted of possession of narcotics. A felony bail jumping charge was dismissed but read into the court record.

Huber stayed 120 days in jail to be used at the probation agent’s discretion. Thebo was also placed into the drug court program and assessed $1,036 in fines and court costs.

• Nielsen placed Gavin H. Durrant, 18, Waupaca, on two years of probation.

Durrant was convicted of the misdemeanor offenses of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and bail jumping. A felony charge of delivery of marijuana was dismissed but read into the record.

Nielsen stayed 90 days in jail to be used at the agent’s discretion, assessed Durrant $1,329 in fines and court costs, and ordered him to complete a high school equivalency degree as conditions of probation.

• Clussman placed John E. Bohl, 22, Clintonville, on one year of probation and assessed $886.

Bohl was convicted of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A charge of failing to stop for an officer was dismissed and read into the record.

• Nielsen placed Kody R. Koeller, 23, Shawano, on two years of probation and assessed him $518.

Koeller was convicted of possession of methamphetamine.

As a condition of probation, Koeller must submit to any counseling deemed appropriate by his agent.

• Clussman revoked the probation of Jamie B. Jensen, 30, Waupaca, and sentenced him to seven months in jail with 97 days credit for time already served.

Jensen was convicted of misdemeanor theft in July 2018 and placed on one year of probation.

• Nielsen ordered Joshua J. Klein, 44, Waupaca, to pay $1,772 in fines and court costs.

Klein was convicted of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

• Nielsen revoked the probation of Marina S. Goza, 30, New London, and sentenced her to two consecutive one-year terms in jail.

Goza was convicted in two separate cases of two counts of burglary and one count of attempted burglary and felony bail jumping. She was placed on two years probation in February 2017.

• Huber placed Jeremy T. Berg, 47, Marshfield, on three years of probation and ordered him to spend seven months in jail.
A jury convicted Berg of a fifth OWI on April 10.

As conditions of Berg’s probation, Huber revoked his license for three years and ordered him to install an ignition interlock device and pay $2,619 in fines and court costs.
