Ever wonder how animals survive a Wisconsin winter? Join the Naturalist for a Winter Wildlife Walk and learn about some of the adaptations animals use to live here all winter long. We will look for signs of animals spending the winter in Hartman Creek State Park. We will even learn what is happening under the ice!
Make sure to dress for the weather – we may be walking through deep snow. Bring snowshoes if you have them. All ages are welcome, but please, no pets.
This event is free with park admission.
Join us for an evening of music by Norway’s greatest composer, Edvard Grieg. Refreshments will be served. All with an interest in Norwegian culture are welcome. More information at norsevalley.org.
