Patricia Rae Cady, age 47 of Ogdensburg, WI passed away on Sunday, November 17, 2024 following a lifelong battle with muscular dystrophy.
Patricia was born on January 13, 1977; daughter of Ray and Michelle Cady. On January 20, 2006, she married Jeremy Pomerenke in Ogdensburg. Patricia enjoyed baking, painting and collecting dolls.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Jeremy Pomerenke of Ogdensburg; parents, Ray (Michelle) Cady of Ogdensburg; sisters, Heather (Mike) Leif of Weyauwega; Amy (Jeff) Rausch of Manawa; uncle, Jerry Cady of Ogdensburg; paternal grandmother, Beverly Cady of Ogdensburg; maternal grandmother, Marge Treloar of Waupaca; special nephew Christopher Cady, Patricia’s fur babies, Sophie and Willow; also many cousins, nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. Patricia is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Arden Cady and Don Treloar; uncle, Michael Treloar and brother-in-law, Norman Pomerenke.
Per Patricia’s wishes, a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
