A dominant first half led to a key Fox Valley Association win for Hortonville over Appleton West on Feb. 18, as they dismantled the Terrors at home.
The Polar Bears went on an 8-0 run to start the game as Mallorie Werner scored early.
Hortonville went up by a score of 31-12 before heading to the locker room at halftime with a 35-19 advantage.
In the second half, the Polar Bears continued the onslaught as they outscored their opponents 35-18 in the second half, getting the 70-37 victory.
Werner and Callie Pomrening each contributed 11 points, and Lainie Schroeder grabbed 10 rebounds.
