Donna Mae Johnson, 87, of Waupaca passed away peacefully at Bethany Home in Waupaca on Sunday, January 5, 2025. She was born on April 12, 1937 in Milwaukee, WI to Percy and Eunice Hawtin. She spent the majority of her childhood in Saxeville, WI. On August 29, 1959, she married Carroll Lee Johnson in Saxeville, WI.
Donna graduated high school in Wild Rose, WI and then went onto attend the Green Bay School of Business. She worked for AMC Auto in Green Bay and then later spent the rest of her career with Culligan Soft Water in Waupaca as a secretary.
Donna was blessed with family in her life, she is survived by her three children; Ron (Ada) Johnson of Waupaca, WI, Randy Johnson of Waupaca, WI, and Robbin Johnson of Waupaca, WI. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and 16 great-great grandchildren; A sister, Janice (Roland Miller) Clark. Donna is further survived by many other loving nieces, nephews, relatives, and extended family and friends.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; Percy and Eunice Hawtin; her husband, Carroll Lee Johnson; a grandchild; her daughter-in-law, Theresa Johnson; and a brother, Edwin Hawtin.
A Graveside Service for Donna will be held on April 12, 2025 at the Lind Center Cemetery in the town of Lind, Waupaca County, Wisconsin at 11:00 AM. The Holly Funeral Home of Waupaca is assisting the family with arrangements.
