Man charged with exposing himself to a child

WAUPACA — Bruce A. Lindsay, 43, is facing four felony charges. Three of the charges include Exposing Genitals to a Child and one charge of Exposing Child to Harmful Material.
Lindsay’s charges range from 2020 to as recent as May 16, 2025. According to court documents, Lindsay’s first offense occurred on April 1, 2020 and is described as Exposing Genitals to a Child. Lindsay’s charges of Exposing Genitals to a Child and Exposing Child to Harmful Material occurred on Aug. 1, 2020. Most recently on May 16, 2025, Lindsay was charged with the third count of Exposing Genitals to a Child.
An arrest warrant was issued for Lindsay on June 12, 2025. On the same day, Lindsay appeared in court where a signature bond of $2,000 was set. However, Lindsay’s bond was then signed for on the same day.
Lindsay’s next court date is scheduled for Sept. 16 where further proceedings will be addressed. Lindsay currently resides in Stevens Point as of June 12, 2025.
All four of Lindsay’s charges are classified as Class I Felony, which if convicted entails up to three and half years in prison and/or a fine of up to $10,000.
