Mark Allen Meyer, age 64 of the city of Clintonville, Waupaca County, passed away unexpectedly on April 9, 2025 at ThedaCare Medical Center in New London.
Mark was born on April 8, 1961 in New London, WI to Clyde & Gladys (Roberts) Meyer.
Mark attended school in both Bear Creek and Clintonville. He was involved in many bowling and dart leagues through the years. Mark spent most of his career years working for Hillshire Farm/Sara Lee/Tyson Foods in New London and then onto FWD Seagrave in Clintonville. He retired officially in April 2023.
Mark’s passion and love was not indoors, but rather outdoors. His love for fishing and especially hunting, found him in the woods as much as he could fit into his schedule. Other than hunting, he could be found chopping and cutting wood. Mark was a hard worker and gave more than his share to his employers as well as helping with many remodel and home projects for family, friends and even strangers. When he could, sneaking a nap in was a must.
Mark enjoyed watching football and wrestling on TV, most times not missing a game or match. He will be remembered for his smart comments and loving ways he picked on those around him. Many will carry on memories of specific words or phrases he was known for.
