Moen retires after 48 years

TOWN OF HARRISON – Fran Moen is retiring after 48 years of service as township clerk. She started in 1997 and was considered a “cornerstone” in the Town of Harrison. Over the years she was a mentor, a consummate professional and held many responsibilities. “Her calm presence, sharp mind, and good humor became a hallmark,” said a Harrison board member. Moen is looking forward to more time with family, traveling, hobbies and enjoying a well-earned break.
