Rifle range dedicated to Bailey

WAUPACA – On May 10 the Chain O’ Lakes Conservation Club met for their annual clean-up day and they dedicated the rifle range to former club president Craig Bailey who passed away last November. Bailey was instrumental in the addition of the rifle range and he made many improvements over the years. They erected a sign: that reads Craig Bailey Memorial Rifle Range” and also planted an apple tree in front of the range. The tree is a living symbol of the love Bailey had for deer hunting. He planted many apple trees over the years to improve wildlife habitat.
