Summer Closer concert is back in Manawa

MANAWA – An event in Manawa is set to help close out the summer with music, food and raffles.
The “Summer Closer” at the Bertgrounds, E5311 Bear Lake Road, is set to take place Sept. 6.
The entry cost is $10, and all ticket sales will be donated to the Manawa Athletic Booster Club.
The event will begin at 6 p.m.
Music will be provided by Lucian Greene, who is a member of the Nashville band Still Moves, and he will be joined by local band, Noah John and Ringing Iron.

There will be no alcohol sales on the grounds, but those attending can bring in their own drinks to enjoy while listening to the music.
There will also be food trucks on hand selling food and beverage for purchase, the trucks will be from Edy’s Tacos y Birria and Rustic Java.
It is encouraged to bring your own chair or blanket to sit on, as no seating will be provided at the event.
