The Hawks led 19-2 after one quarter and held a 30-8 advantage at halftime. They extended their lead by outscoring Clintonville 12-10 in the third quarter, and coasted through the fourth quarter to earn an easy win.
Patrick VanDaalwyk led the Truckers, posting a double-double with 12 points and 10 rebounds. Xavier Fletcher added six points, Colin Moon scored five, Mike Fisher netted four, Greg Kriewaldt tallied two points and Jake Riemer also added two for the Truckers.
Clintonville shot just 13-of-43 from the field (30 percent) and went ice cold from beyond the arc, making just 1-of-13 (7 percent) 3-point attempts. The team had just four assists on the night. The Truckers turned the ball over 16 times, while earning only eight steals.

The Truckers stayed with the Irish early, as Freedom held a narrow 30-27 lead at the half. The Truckers slowed in the third quarter and were left in the dust in the fourth quarter, as Freedom outscored Clintonville 23-7 in the final frame to secure a 65-43 win over the Truckers.
VanDaalwyk again led the Truckers with 21 points. Jake Reiter added seven, Fletcher scored six, Moon tallied three, and Riemer, Tyler Sawall and Fisher each had two.
The Truckers shot 42.5 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from 3-point range, but the team made just 50 percent of its free throw attempts. Both teams posted 11 assists, while Freedom held a slight rebound advantage over Clintonville, 28-27.
