Margaret “Maggie” Zehren, of White Lake, died on April 20, 2024 at Shawano Health Services.
She was 90 years old. She was born on March 30, 1934 in Manawa, a daughter of Ed and Etta (Peterson) Nehring. She married Duane Zehren on May 3, 1958 in Clintonville.
She was a graduate of Clintonville High School, class of 1952. Maggie worked for Kimberly-Clark Corporation in Neenah for 39 years until her retirement.
Maggie was a proud member of the Boulder Lake Sno Go’ers Club. She and Duane were one of the original members when the club formed in 1968. Maggie enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years, Duane Zehren of White Lake; a sister, Pat (Pete) Theobald of Black Creek; brother-in-law, Roland (Carol) Zehren of Menasha; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, June (George) Schroeder, Sally (Jim) Cihler, Norma (Marcel) Rohlinger, Hazel (Ed) Sonnleitner, Eunice (Larry) Sonnleitner, Gordis (Arnie) Dalum; and brother, Gordon (Jean) Nehring.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 11 at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church in White Lake with Rev. Kelly Smith officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
