As a tax paying citizen of Waupaca County, I feel there is no valid reason for County Road Q from State Highway 54 to Round Lake Road to be in such terrible condition after 10 years in the planning.
Repeated delays and a large traffic count have made the current situation unbearable.
A completion date of 2016 is not acceptable.
Politics aside, we have elected a county board of supervisors who have a highway committee to determine priorities. Please, ladies and gentlemen – get it done.
