David J. Van, 31, New London, is charged with felony intimidation of a victim, misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct as acts of domestic abuse.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
On March 23, a New London resident with visible injuries told Officer Brent Krueger that Van had punched him repeatedly the previous evening.
Van allegedly threatened the victim if he told police.
