• Sept. 28 – A man reported a group of juveniles were running up and down King Road and running through peoples’ yards. When the caller told them to get off his property, the juvenile swore at him.
• Sept. 28 – A woman reported people were walking around her yard with flashlights. They arrived in a silver four-door vehicle. She also said it happened two nights before.
• Sept. 28 – An anonymous caller reported a man and woman were screaming at each other for the past 20 minutes.
• Sept. 29 – A man reported a noise complaint about a Chevrolet Equinox that has a defective muffler.
• Sept. 29 – A woman reported her garage was broken into and it has been going on since last year and one time she heard someone walking through her house.
• Sept. 29 – A man reported another man took his tools. He offered the man a chance to give them back. The man did not return the tools.
• Sept. 29 – A man reported a strange man with a flashlight making weird noises. He seemed confused and did not know where he was and was on Nueman Road heading toward Smith Road.
• Sept. 29 – Bear Creek Travel Plaza reported a man was acting strange. He peeked into the window of the building, went into a cornfield waving his arms, and bought some alcohol.
• Sept. 29 – A woman reported a suspicious white truck with Alabama plates was sitting at the end of Wilderness Drive.
• Sept. 29 – A man reported a suspicious car came up to his property and a person got out and was looking around with a flashlight. His girlfriend said something and the person ran back to the car and took off.
• Sept. 30 – A pilot reported he or she lost navigation capability and requested emergency services. The aircraft had two passengers and 70 gallons of fuel.
• Sept. 30 – A man reported his landlord changed the locks and he could not get into his duplex. It was the last day of his lease. There was no eviction notice or court order.
• Sept. 30 – ThedaCare Waupaca requested a welfare check for a woman that mentioned self harm. They caller her multiple times and there was no answer.
• Sept. 30 – Little Wolf High School requested a welfare check on a student after two students reported getting messages about the other student doing something harmful.
• Sept. 30 – A man reported an abandoned vehicle has been on his property for ten years.
• Sept. 30 – A behavioral health case manager in Sheboygan reported on of her patients had concerns about the wellbeing of a local infant.
• Sept. 30 – A woman reported her Jeep Grand Cherokee was broken into the night before. She left her purse in the car and was missing money and cigarettes.
• Sept. 30 – A man reported that a person in his house threw a vacuum cleaner at him.
• Sept. 30 – The Waupaca Recreation Center reported a man wearing black sweat pants and a black hooded sweatshirt was yelling at the staff.
• Sept. 30 – A man reported a man was lying in an intersection in downtown Waupaca with an e-bike next to him.
• Sept. 30 – A man reported he captured camera footage of a suspicious man circling his cabin.
• Oct. 1 – The Fremont Travel Plaza reported a suspicious white truck with no plates was in the parking lot and it was blocking traffic.
• Oct. 1 – A woman reported she was defrauded $20,000 through the Elon Musk romance scam, where a scammer impersonates the billionaire who provides affection and attention to the victim. Once trust is established, money is requested from the victim.
• Oct. 1 –A man reported his baking information was stolen and used to open new accounts.
• Oct. 1 – A woman reported a suspicious incident where a young female driving a brown car came to her yard and asked if they had small children. She said someone took her phone and it was pinging at a barn at the caller’s address.
• Oct. 1 – A man reported his front license plate was stolen for the second time.
• Oct. 1 – A woman called on behalf of her boyfriend who was struck by a minivan while riding his bike. The female driver left and then came back and asked if he was alright.
• Oct. 2 – A caller reported he was woken up around 6 a.m. by the loud exhaust of a blue Camaro. The male driver was removing guns from his trunk and hiding them in the caller’s garage. The man acted like he knew the caller and the caller had no idea who the man was.
• Oct. 2 – A 911 caller reported an elderly male accidently drank a half cup of water with Cascade dish detergent in it.
• Oct. 2 – A man reported some animal was killing his chickens and pheasants.
• Oct. 2 – A man reported a man appearing to be intoxicated drove his black Camaro up a hill into the woods and was refusing to leave the property.
• Oct. 2 – A man reported he planted red maples on his land and found them damaged, the stakes broken and the deer/snow fencing messed up.
• Oct. 2 – The Waupaca Post Office requested a welfare check on a home where the mail and packages were piling up. Nobody answered the door.
• Oct. 2 – A woman was asking her phone a question about a friend having a stroke and her cell phone recorded her voice, determined she was having a stroke and called 911 on her behalf.
• Oct. 2 – A woman reported she has the power of attorney for a man at the Wisconsin Veterans Home. She reported the man’s home was burglarized and items were stolen. She provided the names of three suspects.
• Oct. 2 – A woman reported someone was in her father’s house while he was in the hospital and stole some things.
• Oct. 2 – Stienke Auto & Towing reported a pontoon boat was in the ditch with no owner present.
• Oct. 3 – Econolodge in Waupaca reported a man was trespassed yesterday and was back and refusing to leave.
• Oct. 4 – Jack’s Corner Bar reported there was a fight at the bar, six people involved, one of them causing the problems.
• Oct. 4 – A woman reported getting threatening messages from another woman that lives on the other side of her house. The caller said she uses drugs and has seen her carrying a baseball bat with nails sticking out of it.
• There were four deer-related calls during this period. Eleven controlled burns were called in. A caller reported a calf was lying alongside the road and outside of a fence. He said it appeared uninjured. A man reported his neighbor’s dog was chasing him and he had a video of the chase. A caller reported a white baby goat with “wiggly tail” was running loose. A caller reported an injured owl in the roadway. A caller reported a loose brown horse was walking towards the Farmington Town Hall. A woman reported a stray pig was on her property. A caller reported there were multiple cows loose on Oct. 4 with one cow stuck in a fence.
