• Nov. 4 – A Scandinavia woman on Smokey Valley Road reported an unknown person entered her house while at work and now she is missing some coins and other items.
• Nov. 4 –A Waupaca man on County Trunk QQ reported someone was trying to break into his apartment.
• Nov. 5 – A Waupaca man on Parfreyville Road reported he got a call from a man that said, “If you talk to my daughter again, I will put you in the crematory.”
• Nov. 5 – An Ogdensburg woman on Swamp Road reported a man was trespassing on her property around sundown. He was armed and said he was squirrel hunting.
• Nov. 5 – An unknown caller reported the suspicious disappearance of a man who had not paid rent, had not been heard from in five days, whose car was in the driveway and whose door was unanswered. The man was found dead.
• Nov. 5 – A Waupaca man on Granite Street reported his child was scammed and was receiving threats from the scammer.
• Nov. 5 – A Fremont man on Waupaca Street reported a suspicious red can with tinted windows stopped and asked his son’s friend of his parents were home and other odd questions and then drove around the block three times.
• Nov. 5 – Dollar General in Embarrass reported a person stole a backpack full of items and took off in a white Chevy.
• Nov. 6 – A female caller reported she was being harassed by another woman after she helped her capture eight feral cats.
• Nov. 6 – Sheriff patrol cars escorted the Waupaca High School volleyball team as they departed for the state championship.
• Nov. 6 – A New London woman on County Trunk T reported a fraud involving altered bank checks that added up to $10,000.
• Nov. 6 – An Ogdensburg man on Lake Terrace Drive reported his girlfriend was suicidal.
• Nov. 6 – A Waupaca man on Franklin Street reported he was threatened by a man that came to his workplace.
• Nov. 6 – A Rosholt woman reported a case of mistreated cats and had photo evidence.
• Nov. 6 – A Fremont man on Rowley Street reported his child was being threatened by an unknown person that would release some explicit photos.
• Nov. 7 – A New London woman on Meartz Road reported a suspicious drone over her property.
• Nov. 7 – A Manawa man on County Trunk B reported a hunter was trespassing on his property.
• Nov. 7 – A Waupaca man on Tower Road reported his intoxicated girlfriend was screaming at his child.
• Nov. 7 – A Waupaca man on Smith Road reported a suspicious situation where a door was wide open, cameras were missing and a solar cord was ripped away.
• Nov. 8 – A Waupaca woman on Lindee Lane reported a woman in her 50s was having a psychotic episode and making suicidal comments.
• Nov. 9 – Aurora Health Care Requested a welfare check on a man that said he had bugs in his brain.
• Nov. 9 – A man with a permanent campsite at the Fremont RV Campground reported his TV was stolen.
• Nov. 9 – A Manawa man on Spring Creek Road reported a juvenile was being violent and stabbed him in the hand with a pencil.
• Nov. 9 – An unknown caller reported a barn fire with animals trapped inside.
• There were 34 deer-related calls during this period as the whitetail deer rut is fully underway. Two controlled burns were called in. A Marion caller reported a cat run over by a car. It struggled to live but was dead upon deputy arrival. A black-and-white husky was reported running loose on County Trunk E. A Manawa woman reported two black cows were in the roadway. A New London man reported a loose heifer in the ditch near Rich Lake Road. A Waupaca man on County Trunk E reported he was riding his bicycle and was chased by a collie so he kicked the dog in the head and it ran off.
