• July 6 – A man reported his grandson stole his chainsaw and pawned it at the pawn shop in Shawano.
• July 6 – A caller reported having video evidence of a person doing donuts and tearing up a gravel parking lot.
• July 6 – A caller requested a welfare check on a woman that was dropped off alongside of the road. She looked visibly upset. She walked eastbound on County Trunk BB.
• July 7 – Marion Shell Station reported a gas drive-off valued at $9.44. The vehicle was a red Ford Explorer or similar vehicle.
• July 7 – A Chicago man that has a summer house in Waupaca County reported that while he was at the post office, he was asked if a man by a certain name also lived at the address. He said no. The next day a Fed Ex package arrived with the man’s name on it.
• July 8 – A caller requested an ambulance for a man slumped over in a running vehicle.
• July 8 – A woman reported a vehicle was parked a quarter-mile back on their property. The trespassers may have been fishing.
• July 8 – A caller reported a tree was on fire from a snapped electrical line.
• July 8 – A man requested a welfare check on another man having “angry episodes” and was now living with the caller’s elderly grandmother after being released from jail.
• July 8 – A caller requested an ambulance for an intoxicated 49-year-old man to be taken to the hospital so he could detox.
• July 8 – An unknown caller reported a Flock camera was painted green.
• July 9 – A woman reported a man was fishing near a culvert and was creating a traffic hazard.
• July 9 – Bear Creek Citgo reported an elderly woman said she was lost and looked confused.
• July 9 – A woman reported a neighbor kid from across the street said that “dad hurt mom” and the police needed to be called.
• July 9 – A caller reported a person drove over his corn-hole boards and was being rude about it.
• July 9 –A man reported is appeared that man was trying to break into a residence.
• July 10 – The Town of Scandinavia chairman reported someone pulled a stop sign and a road sign out of the ground the night before. He was able to replace them.
• July 10 – A man reported there were holes drilled into his raft in an attempt to sink it.
• July 10 – A caller reported a golf cart was on fire.
• July 10 – A caller reported an extremely loud air boat.
• July 11 – A man requested a welfare check on a man that appeared intoxicated and was walking along the road.
• July 11 – A woman drove by a person trimming weeds and the weed whacker hit a rock and flung it at the caller’s vehicle, shattering a window.
• July 11 –A caller reported a man on White Lake was moving cattail bogs in front of the boat landing, making it impassable.
• July 11 – An anonymous caller provided an address where dead animals would be found from neglect.
• July 11 –Tomorrow’s Children reported a juvenile runaway.
• July 11 – A DNR warden requested an officer to respond to a disorderly group at Whispering Pines picnic area.
• July 11 – A woman reported another woman was intoxicated and driving a silver Malibu with a broken windshield. She hit and choked her husband and was heading towards Clintonville.
• July 11 – A woman reported the theft of a silver 2003 Pontiac Vibe.
• July 11 – Camp Elsewhere reported a wedding planner suggested calling 911 about an ex-military man with a possible weapon.
• July 12 – Two different callers reported stop signs that were pulled out of the ground.
• July 12 –A woman reported that she thought someone else was in her house.
• There were seven deer-related calls during this period. Twelve controlled burns were called in. The water patrol stopped 21 boats. There were multiple reports of fallen trees in roadways from recent thunderstorms. A woman reported getting bitten by a recently adopted cat. She returned the cat to the Fox Valley Humane Society. There were multiple complaints about fireworks. A black-and-white poodle was reported running loose in the road. A man dropped off a stray cat at the sheriff’s office lobby.
