Diane M. Maddix

Diane M. Maddix, age 81 of Clintonville, passed away peacefully with her sister by her side, Thursday morning September 10, 2026 at Care Partners Assisted Living.

Diane Marie Lundt was born June 20, 1945, in New London, Wisconsin, daughter to the late Oliver and Dorothy (Young) Lundt. She spent her childhood in the Bear Creek area, graduating from Bear Creek High School with the Class of 1963.

On August 20, 1966, Diane was united in marriage to Phillip Breton Maddix at the Pentecostal Lighthouse near Elton, Wisconsin. Together they built a life centered around faith and community. For many years, she was a dedicated member of the Apostolic Worship Center in Elton. Following the passing of her husband in 2016, Diane moved to Clintonville, where she joined Calvary Apostolic Church.

A woman of gentle spirit and deep devotion, Diane was steadfastly dedicated to her church and found great joy in creative pursuits, particularly knitting.

Diane is survived by her children: Dawn (Ray) Rosenow; Roxanne (Scott LeNoble) Maddix; Danise (Rick) Thiel; Angelica (Ron) Berndt;  & Phillip J. Maddix

Diane was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Phillip B. Maddix in 2016; and her brother, Donald.

Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Calvary Apostolic Church, Clintonville, with the Rev. Patrick Kloehn officiating. Interment will take place at Graceland Cemetery, Clintonville following the service.

Visitation will take place on Thursday at the church from 9 AM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Diane’s name are preferred to be directed to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date, or to Calvary Apostolic Church.
