All hands on deck. Fire Chief Mark Willfuer and numerous volunteers filled sandbags at the New London Municipal Garage Tuesday and Wednesday along W. Wolf River Ave. Rising Wolf River Water levels forced some road closures in the city by Wednesday morning.
