Yuletide parade cancelled; other activities still scheduled

WAUPACA – Due to forecasted cold temperatures, organizers regret to announce that the Waupaca Yuletide Parade originally scheduled for Thursday, December 4, has been cancelled.

Despite the parade cancellation, several holiday activities will still proceed as planned:

The tree lighting is scheduled for 5:30 PM on Thursday at Danes Hall Plaza. 

Late Night Shopping — Local businesses will offer extended hours Thursday evening.

Special Movie Night: “Elf” — Enjoy the holiday classic at the Rosa Theater Thursday evening.

All Friday, Saturday and Sunday Yuletide events are still planned as scheduled.
