• April 13 – A woman reported that her sister isolated her mother on her property and the caller said she hasn’t had contact with her mother for three years. She cannot reach her and she heard her mother has dementia and may have suffered from broken bones from falling.
• April 13 – A man reported he received a death threat through a fake Facebook account.
• April 13 – A caller reported a blue truck was doing burnouts near Spring Creek Road and the driver flipped off the caller. This was an ongoing issue in the area.
• April 13 – The National Weather Service issued a tornado watch.
• April 13 – Dollar General in Marion reported a customer went into the back room. He said he was from the fire department and he was going to “shut them down.”
• April 13 – A man reported that his neighbor’s got an outdoor security camera. The problem was that the camera can swivel and focus into their living room.
• April 13 – A woman reported her ex-boyfriend does burnouts by her house and he left heading on County Trunk E to an address on Crystal Lake Road.
• April 13 – There were multiple calls about overflowing creeks, failing culverts, erosion and wash-outs, trees down and flooded roadways.
• April 14 – A woman reported her neighbor was flooding her house with a hose and he refused to turn it off.
• April 14 – An anonymous caller reported a home that was very filthy and the small children that live there defecate in the backyard.
• April 14 –An anonymous caller reported a couple was bar hopping all day and they were currently at Korth’s Bar in Embarrass. The caller said there may be drugs in their silver Malibu.
• April 15 – There were numerous calls about more flooded roadways and the shoulders of roads being washed out.
• April 15 – An anonymous caller that lives by Cemetery Road reported a person stopped by his/her house, threw a stake in the ground, talked about killing someone and made threatening hand gestures.
• April 15 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile was exposing himself to staff members.
• April 15 – A man reported he dropped off his wife alongside the road because of her drinking and mental health issues. Now he was concerned for her welfare.
• April 16 – There were multiple calls about people pushing aside barricades set up to prevent passage on flooded roads.
• April 16 – There were numerous requests for residents to be evacuated because of floodwaters.
• April 16 – A man reported his neighbor was digging a trench around his property and he threatened the caller.
• April 16 – A man reported someone was flying a suspicious drone over his house.
• April 16 –A caller reported someone living in their vehicle, a black Nissan Rogue. There was garbage and underwear discarded outside of the vehicle.
• April 17 – A man reported he lost his concealed carry sidearm while driving his motorcycle.
• April 17 – A man reported he sent a check to Discover, it was “washed” and used at Walmart in Chicago.
• April 17 – A woman reported a woman in a pink jogging suit was standing in the roadway and screaming at County Trunk QQ and State Highway 22.
• April 17 – A man reported his 500-gallon LP tank floated down the Little Wolf River.
• April 18 – There were numerous reports of people driving through floodwater and causing wakes that in turn caused more flooding and property damage.
• April 18 – A woman reported that two of her propane tanks were starting to float away.
• April 19 – A woman reported that a person rammed a shopping cart into her parked vehicle at Piggly Wiggly in Waupaca.
• April 19 – A man reported his wife has been falling for scams and was now $10,000 in debt. She keeps falling for it, he said. He wanted an officer to talk to her.
• There were six deer-related calls during this period. Eleven controlled burns were called in. A caller reported one black horse and one white horse were running loose. A caller reported a pit bull was running around and chasing deer. Three cows were reported in the road near Marion.
