• May 4 – A man reported some of his tools were stolen at a construction site.
• May 4 – A man reported his phone and computer were hacked. He spoke with someone from Microsoft but was not sure who it was.
• May 4 – A man reported he found what he believed to be a decomposing body in a culvert near Clintonville.
• May 4 – A woman reported she sent a check for her Discover card and was defrauded out of $983.
• May 4 – A woman reported she wrote out a check and more money was taken out of her account than what the check was written for. The total was $6,601.
• May 4 – A man reported that a driver was going in reverse on Spring Creek Road. The caller honked his horn at him and drove around. The driver chased him down and asked the caller what was his problem.
• May 5 – A man reported multiple fraudulent charges on his credit card. One was an $1,044 order sent to a Milwaukee address.
• May 5 – A woman reported two women standing next to an air pump and the older woman was throwing things at some dogs.
• May 5 – A caller reported a tractor with some kind of farm implement ripped down an electrical line and kept going.
• May 6 – Chain One Stop reported a gas drive-off valued at $61. The vehicle was a blue or black Lincoln MKE.
• May 6 – A deputy reported being out with state officials that were assessing damages from floods in Fremont and New London.
• May 6 – An anonymous caller reported being concerned about “little Amish boys” that were driving their pony carts on the road.
• May 6 – Waushara County Sheriff’s Department requested assistance to stop a truck that crashed into a bar and went north on County Trunk U.
• May 6 – Kwik Trip on County Trunk QQ requested a welfare check on a woman that said she was walking to Wisconsin Rapids with two backpacks.
• May 6 – A man reported the death of a 29-year-old male.
• May 6 – A man reported he was getting threatening messages from his former landlord on Facebook. He wrote: “You are a dead man” and “Get the [expletive] off my property.”
• May 7 – A woman reported a house was left vacant for a few months. She visited the place a week ago and there were broken windows, unlocked doors, the electric stove left turned on and possibly some missing things.
• May 7 – A man reported his green 500cc Arctic Cat was stolen.
• May 7 – Rawhide Youth Services reported a juvenile runaway.
• May 7 –A man reported a suspicious drone was flying by his house. He said if it came by again he was going to shoot it.
• There were three deer-related calls during this period. No controlled burns were called in. A man reported he was bitten by his own cat. A woman reported her son brought a barn cat into the house and was refusing to get rid of it. A caller reported a German shepherd was wandering on the roadway on County Trunk QQ. Another caller reported a German shepherd killed three of her ducks. A caller reported there was a loose cow near Wolf River Propane.
