Four candidates for school board

No primary needed to fill two seats

Posted

CLINTONVILLE – Incumbents Glen Drew Lundt and Jason Moder, and challengers Laurie Vollrath and David Battenberg will be on the ballot for the April 7 Spring General Election vying for two seats on the Clintonville Board of Education.
Because only four candidates filed the required candidacy paperwork to be on the ballot, a primary in February for the school board seats will not be needed.
Lundt has served multiple terms on the board and is currently the president of the board. Moder is seeking his second term on the board and is currently the treasurer of the board.
Vollrath seeks to return to the board after serving multiple terms on the board in the past. She lost her reelection bid a year ago.
Battenberg is once again seeking a seat on the board after failing to get elected to the board in the spring of 2025.
