Promotions at Premier

MARION – Premier Insurance Services promoted Tori Passon to property and casualty manager and Tracy Conradt to title manager. Passon will lead the day-to-day operations of the property and casualty division. With 18 years of insurance experience, she has been with Premier Insurance Services for five years and holds licenses in property, casualty, health, and life insurance.
Conradt will oversee title transactions, including refinances and real estate sales, while also serving as assistant manager in the property and casualty division. She joined premier insurance services in 2019, previously working as a specialized customer service representative and title assistant. She is licensed in property, casualty, and title insurance.
Premier Community Bank created fraud specialist customer care position. Payton Zblewski, who began with the bank in 2022 as a member of the customer care team, has transitioned into this new role. Before joining Premier Community Bank, she worked as a payment verification specialist, reviewing fraudulent orders and verifying customers. She also gained valuable insight into fraud prevention while working in a legal department at a credit union, fueling her passion for helping customers combat fraud. Zblewski will monitor transactions for unusual activity, review fraud reports, and communicate with customers to secure their accounts. She will track daily reports to identify potential issues and will collaborate with branches to educate staff on the latest scams and fraud prevention techniques.
