School board pay cut by $25 per meeting

Posted

CLINTONVILLE – Members of the Clintonville Board of Education will now receive $100 per meeting they attend instead of $125.
That change in pay for the 2025-26 school year was approved by residents of the Clintonville School District at the district’s annual meeting, Oct. 27. In addition, to be paid for attending a meeting, a board member must attend in-person.
It was also approved that board members will receive $50 per in-service meeting they attend in-person. This past school year they were paid $75 per in-service meeting.
Members of any current and ad hoc committee will no longer receive $25 per meeting.
The positions of board president and clerk will continue to receive an additional $255 annually. The board treasurer will no longer receive that annual payment.
