• November 7 – A man was found camping off the lagoon on West River Drive. After the man agreed to a search and drug paraphernalia and THC were located.
• November 7 – A retail theft was reported at Fuel On on West Clark Street.
• November 7 – Officers responded to Bannach Elementary School for a report a property crime. The suspect is a first grade student at the school.
• November 7 – A woman reported that she was cut off in the drive thru of McDonald’s on Division Street. She was then harassed by the occupants of the vehicle, who she stated flipped her off and yelled “[expletive] you.”
• November 7 – Two unknown teenage boys stole energy drinks from Kwik Trip on Stanley Street.
• November 7 – After conducting a traffic stop on Michigan Avenue, officers noticed the vehicle smelled like marijuana. The vehicle was searched with consent and the officers found two pills that require a prescription, which the driver did not have.
• November 8 – Officers were advised of a stolen vehicle entering the city, with the victim following the truck. Officers stopped the stolen vehicle and the driver refused to comply with commands. One male suspect was taken into custody.
• November 9 – Officers initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near Division Street. The driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for OWI 1st Offense. During a search, a small bag of cocaine was located.
• November 10 – A man requested an ambulance due to his dog biting both of his hands.
• November 10 – A caller stated she had received a text message from Amazon that she later learned contained a scam link. She provided the link with sensitive information including her social security number.
• November 11 – Officers were dispatched to Pacelli High School for a report of a property crime. Officers were advised by the principal someone had stolen $1,400 from the school counselor’s office.
• November 11 – A car was reported stolen from a Second Street residence.
• November 12 – A man stated he went to Taco Bell on Highway 10 the prior day and paid for his food with a $100 bill. The man stated the workers became upset with him for paying with the $100 bill.
• November 12 – A man shot an arrow that caused damaged to a residence on Stanley Street. The man was cited for shooting an arrow in the city.
• November 12 – Officers were dispatched to Mead Park for complaints of homeless individuals playing music loudly.
• November 13 – Officers were dispatched to Brawley Street for an after the fact complaint about a child getting physical with his mother.
• November 13 – Officers responded to Blue Top on Church Street for a notification from Probation and Parole about a male that was staying there with a probation warrant. Officers located the male and took him into custody.
• November 13 – Officers conducted a welfare check on a woman who was making suicidal statements. Officers were able to make contact with the woman and convince her to go to the hospital for a voluntary hold.
